
ORNAMENTAL ASPARAGUS FERN Densiflorus Sprengeri
A lush and popular fern, the Asparagus Fern is ideal planted in pots where it is able to trail and hang. Also great outdoors in the summer placed in planters. Plants are a lush bright green. Plants are not frost hardy, and are best grown as a houseplant, or outdoors in the warm season and brought indoors for the winter. Plants tolerate being cut-back as desired.
Note: These plants are very mildly poisonous. Poisonous to cats, dogs, and some pets.
Seeds per pack: 3
Germination: Place seeds in the surface of a sterile seed-start mix, and lightly cover with vermiculite. Keep at 20-25C (70-78F). Keep moist until germination. Seeds are large, and germinate in 5-6 weeks.
