Seeds Shipping Information

We ship from Ontario, Canada. Your order is being handled and packed with care. We process orders within 1-2 business days. See shipping times and rates below.

CANADA

We recommend Canada Post Expedited or UPS courier if you are in a hurry for your seeds, as these are much faster and more reliable services. Standard mail is still a little backlogged from the strike. Various services and rates are available at checkout.

Standard Shipping (Canada Post)

Shipping within Canada is 7.99 for standard shipping. The only exception is some very large seeds (some palm, nuts, etc.) which have to ship at parcel rates.

Standard shipping times: (times extended due to the strike backlog)

• 1-15 business days within ON & QC 

• 2-20 business. days to MB, NB, NL, NY, NS, PE, SK 

• 3-24 business days to BC, AB, NU, YK & NT

We recommend Expedited or UPS courier if you are in a hurry for your seeds, as standard mail is still a little backlogged from the strike.

A tracking link is not provided with standard shipping. If you would like tracking please choose Expedited or UPS courier shipping (explained below).

Expedited Shipping Canada Post (fast)

Expedited shipping is a fast and reliable service, and is an option at checkout. The rates and shipping times are displayed at checkout, and are based on your location within Canada. A tracking link will be provided by email if you choose this option.

Courier Shipping UPS (fast)

UPS shipping is a fast and very reliable service, and is an option at checkout. The rates are displayed at checkout, and are based on your location within Canada. A tracking link will be provided by email if you choose this option.

Pick-Up

We have partnered with a local business in Campbellford (Ontario) to be able to offer order pick-up. Orders are generally ready for pick-up in 1-3 business days.

If you would like this option you can simply check out online using standard shipping. Be sure to leave a message on your order that you would like pick-up. We email you to let you know where and when your order is ready.

UNITED STATES

We ship seeds to the USA frequently!

Shipping to the USA is 9.99, which includes USA border processes (see below).

Standard Shipping

Orders via standard shipping arrive in 4-19 business days depending on your location, and is based on Canada Post's 5 days a week system. If you need your seeds more quickly then we suggest advanced tracked shipping. We do not provide tracking with the standard shipping option.

Advanced Tracked Shipping

Advanced tracked shipping is available as an option at checkout. Orders generally arrive in 3-12 business days. This is generally the fastest shipping method, as we fast-track the process of seeds inspections and direct shipping. This option is available at checkout, and the rate is displayed there. A tracking link will be provided once the order is shipped, and tracking is active once your order crosses the border and is in USPS hands.

USA Border Process

The USA border processes can take some time. We fully take care of the process, and your order will arrive safely. We appreciate your patience as we perform the required seeds inspections and paperwork. Once over the border your seeds will arrive via USPS.

Your order is free of any additional costs, duties or taxes. It will arrive safely. 


INTERNATIONAL (Outside of North America)

International shipping is available for many countries. If you do not see your country as an option at checkout, please contact us to inquire.

To ensure safe arrival, phytosanitary certificates are required for most countries. They are included in the cost of shipping, and are non-refundable.

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout. 

Gift Cards

There is no shipping charge on e-gift cards.

 

Plants Shipping Information

Plants are occasionally available for shipping within Canada. Plant shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and are based on the shipping destination. If you have placed a preorder for plants or plugs, your order is reserved for you, and shipped mid April 2025.
