Here are answers to our most common questions.
As long as your order has not been shipped, we are happy to add to your order. Simply place the new order, and then message us to let us know, and we will combine the orders and refund shipping on the second order. Note, once an order has been shipped we can no longer combine the orders.
CANADA: Note, Canada Post orders are delayed due to the backlog from the strike. We also offer UPS courier option. See our shipping page for more information.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. A shipping confirmation email is sent. If you have not received it, it may have been caught in your spam folder. Also, if no email address was provided at the time the order was placed it cannot be emailed, and then a text or SMS may have been sent.
USA: A shipping confirmation email is sent to you once the border paperwork is complete (as per USA border laws). If you have not received the email it may have been caught in your spam folder. Also, if no email address was provided at the time the order was placed it cannot be emailed, and then a text or SMS may have been sent. If you chose tracking (an upgrade at checkout) it will only become active once your order is over the border and in USPS hands.

We ship orders quickly, generally in 1-2 business days in Canada!
Your shipping time is displayed on the order confirmation page which was emailed to you when you ordered, and it is based upon the shipping method that you chose at checkout. If you have not received your order (based on the shipping time selected) please contact us.
CANADA: Orders generally arrive quickly, especially to Ontario and Quebec. See our shipping page for times and more information.
USA: Orders can take 7-21 business days due to the USA border laws and inspections. Tracking is provided if Advanced Tracked Shipping was selected at checkout (a shipping upgrade), and tracking is active once the order is over the border and in USPS hands. Standard shipping does not have tracking, and cannot be provided. See our shipping page for more information.
Tracking is available as an option at checkout, and if selected, a tracking number is provided when we ship. We generally don't provide tracking with standard shipping, and tracking must be selected as an upgrade if wanted. If the option is not selected at checkout we are unable to provide a tracking number at a later date.
Canada tracking is provided in 1-2 business days.
USA tracking is provided once the order is shipped, and is active in about 1-2 weeks once the package is through inspections, over the border, and into USPS hands.
INTERNATIONAL tracking is provided once the order is shipped, usually within a week.

Yes! We ship to most countries. If you do not see your country listed at checkout please inquire and we may still be able to ship to you. Shipping rates and times are displayed at checkout. Most countries require phytosanitary certificates which we provide.
Norway, Iceland, Bermuda & Bahama do not require phytosanitary certificates. For these countries we will automatically refund $20.00 CAD from the shipping cost that is paid at checkout!
