CAN I ADD TO MY ORDER?

As long as your order has not been shipped, we are happy to add to your order. Simply place the new order, and then message us to let us know, and we will combine the orders and refund shipping on the second order. We often combine shipping even without you requesting it! Note, once an order has been shipped we can no longer combine the orders, and they will be shipped separately.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. A shipping confirmation email is sent at that time. If you have not received it, it may have been caught in your spam folder. Also, if no email address was provided at the time the order was placed it cannot be emailed, and then a text or SMS may have been sent.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your shipping time is displayed on the order confirmation page which was emailed to you when you ordered, and it is based upon the shipping method that you chose at checkout. If you have not received your order, and if it is passed the shipping time selected, please contact us.

CANADA: Orders generally arrive quickly, especially to Ontario and Quebec. Canada shipping times range from 2 to 15 business days. Tracking is provided if Expedited Parcel was selected at checkout (a shipping upgrade). Standard shipping does not have tracking, and cannot be provided. See our shipping page for more information.

USA: Orders can take 7-25 business days due to the USA border laws and inspections. Tracking is provided if Advanced Tracked Shipping was selected at checkout (a shipping upgrade). Standard shipping does not have tracking, and cannot be provided. See our shipping page for more information.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING?

Tracking is available as an option at checkout, and if selected, a tracking number is provided when we ship. We generally don't provide tracking with standard shipping, and tracking must be selected as an upgrade if wanted. If the option is not selected at checkout we are unable to provide a tracking number at a later date.

Canada tracking will be updated 1-2 business days.

USA tracking is updated once the package is through inspections, over the border, and into USPS hands, which can take up to 2 weeks.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently we ship to Canada and USA addresses only. If you have a Canadian or USA address we are happy to ship there for you. We cannot ship to other addresses.
