Can I add to my order?

If you have just placed an order, and it is not processed for shipping yet, we are happy to add to your order. Simply place the new order, and then message us to let us know, and we will combine the orders and refund shipping on the second order. Note, once an order is being processed for shipping we can no longer combine the orders.

Has my order been shipped?

Canada: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, and you will be sent an email at this time. If you have not received it, it may have been caught in your spam folder.

USA & International: Orders are processed and shipped once the border paperwork is complete (as per border laws), and you will be sent an email at that time. If you have not received the email, it may have been caught in your spam folder.

When will I receive my order?

CANADA: We process and ship orders quickly, generally in 1-2 business days! Shipping times vary depending on your location, and on the shipping method that was selected at checkout. Your order confirmation email will display your chosen shipping method and times. If you selected courier shipping, tracking information will be provided as soon as it's available. See our shipping page for times and more information.

USA: Standard shipping can take up to 19 business days from Canada. Faster options are available. See our shipping page for more information.

Do you provide tracking?

New tracking processes as of Jan 4 2025.

Canada: Orders of $50 or more are sent by courier and you will receive tracking in 1-2 business days. Tracking is generally not provided for smaller orders, though it is an option available at checkout.

USA: Standard shipping does not include tracking. Canada Post Tracked Packet USA is the fastest service, includes tracking, and a phytosanitary certificate. Orders are free of any additional costs, duties or taxes. It will arrive safely. 

INTERNATIONAL tracking is provided once the order is shipped, usually within a week.

I happened across Ferri Seeds website when I Googled a particular plant I’d been looking for. I was impressed by their selection of all types of seeds and their good product descriptions along with detailed germination instructions. I found the site and ordered on a Saturday. On Sunday I got a notice that my order had been shipped! The seeds were in my P.O. box on Friday. Such amazing service.
