Continuous harvest all summer long. Their flattened shape lends to them being stuffed, but they also roast well or can be pan fried or pureed for soup. Pick these tasty squash in the morning, while the fruits are small and the flavour is at its peak. These squash produce very few seeds. Matures in 60-70 days.
Seeds per pack: 10 (previously 5)
Germination: Sow the seeds just under the surface and water in. Keep lightly moist and do not let the soil dry out. Keep at 20-22 °C, 68-72 °F. Seeds germinate in 7-20 days.

I happened across Ferri Seeds website when I Googled a particular plant I’d been looking for.
