A beautiful popcorn with kernels that ripen and dry to a bright red. The compact ears are popular used for popped corn, delicious and crunchy! Once popped, the kernels are white. They are also great for decoration as they dry well and hold color well. Stalks grow to 5-6ft. The dried cobs make excellent gifts, including hostess gifts, and a great idea for birthday parties! An heirloom variety.
Seeds per packet: 10
Sow just under the surface of the soil and water in. Keep continuously moist. Temperature 20-22C, 68-72F. Germinates in 7-20 days.

I happened across Ferri Seeds website when I Googled a particular plant I’d been looking for. I was impressed by their selection of all types of seeds and their good product descriptions along with detailed germination instructions. I found the site and ordered on a Saturday. On Sunday I got a notice that my order had been shipped! The seeds were in my P.O. box on Friday. Such amazing service. It’s too early to comment on germination rates — I’ve just started the stratification process today.
