This Lathyrus is native to North America, South America, Asia and Europe. Grows well along beach fronts though can handle dry conditions as well. Once established, this plant will bloom from June to August with attractive violet flowers with a lighter tip.

Hardiness zones: 6-9
Height: 16", 40cm spreading
Location: Sun or part shade
Seeds per packet: 10
Scratch each seed with sand-paper, or on a rough stone or brick. Plant seeds just below the surface of the soil. Be sure they stay moist, and at 20C, 71F for them to germinate. Germination 15-35 days.
Ornamental use only. These seeds and/or plants are poisonous.

I happened across Ferri Seeds website when I Googled a particular plant I’d been looking for. I was impressed by their selection of all types of seeds and their good product descriptions along with detailed germination instructions. I found the site and ordered on a Saturday.
