Extremely ornamental foliage plant with purple fern-like foliage that is ideal for planting along pathways or trailing over wall plantings! An excellent and ornamental alternative to more commonly used ground-covers.

Type: Hardy perennial

Hardiness zones: 5-8

Location: Sun or part shade

Height: 5-10cm

Note: Ornamental use only. These seeds and/or plants may be poisonous.

Seeds per pack: 5

Germination: These seeds prefer fluctuating temperatures for germination. Plant the seeds on the surface of a sterile seed-start mix. Water them in. Keep them at room temperature for 3 week. They will not grow yet. Then place them in a cold location for 5-6 weeks. And then back to warmth again for germination. Keep moist for the entire germination period. Ideally a cold frame outdoors in March, April or May can assist with these fluctuating temperatures naturally.
