Soaking time: 4 hours

Rinse: Every 8-12 hours

Harvest: 5 days

Once your sprouts are ready, give them a final rinse, and then cover the container and store in the refrigerator until use. Eat within 2 to 3 days.

Methods and tools: There are many ways to sprout these seeds. Our favourite way is one of the easiest methods, and does not require any special equipment. It simply requires soaking the seeds for a short period of time, drain the water, and then provide regular rinses with clean water. A mason jar, a regular drinking glass, or any small glass container will work well to store and grow your sprouts. A fine strainer can be used to easily separate the seeds during the rinse.

Note: It is very important to rinse sprouts regularly to prevent the build-up of bacteria.
