This is an extremely popular perennial plant for good reason. Strong stems produce a multitude of white flowers over many weeks from summer through fall. Plants are disease and drought resistant, and are a favorite of butterflies and other pollinators! Plants form mature thick clumps that can be split (if desired) and used around other areas of the garden.
This is a tall Coneflower. We also offer 'Primadonna White' Coneflower which is a more mid-sized echinacea.

Location: Sun or part shade. Will tolerate a substantial amount of shade.
Seeds per pack: 5
Germination: Sow the seeds just under the surface and water in. Temperature 20-22 °C (68-72 °F) for 4 weeks. They may be growing at this point. If they have not germinated after 4 weeks then a cooling period is required. Cover them with plastic and place in a fridge for 4 weeks. Be sure they stay moist. After the stratification period they are then brought back to room temperature for them to germinate. Germination can be 30-60 days after the warming period, though some can take longer.
