A very popular rhubarb, 'Victoria' has brilliant red stems on large quick-growing plants. This is an heirloom rhubarb. Stems are delicious. The flowers are also very attractive, up to 6 feet tall, and creamy white.
Note: Only the leaf-stems are edible. Many people don't know this, all rhubarb leaves, flowers and flower stalks are poisonous! Do not eat them.

Bloom time: Late spring and early summer.
Seeds per pack: 20
Germination: Sow the seeds just under the surface and water in. Keep lightly moist and do not let the soil dry out. Keep at 20-22 °C, 68-72 °F. Seeds germinate within 10-30 days.
