Large bright true-blue flowers on compact plants! The plants are easy to grow, and are tolerant of poor and dry soils. An easy-to-grow way to add blue to your garden! The plants are clumping. We grow these in a half-sun half-shade area, they are tolerant of poor sandy soil, make a dense clump, and never seeds themselves around where we don't want them. To make more clumps simply split them in the fall or early spring.

Type: Hardy perennial

Hardiness zones: 4-9

Height: 24", 60cm

Location: Sun or part sun

Seeds per pack: 10

Germination: Sow the seeds just under the surface and water in. Keep lightly moist and do not let the soil dry out. Keep at 20-22 °C, 68-72 °F. These seeds are known to be a bit slow to germinate, and should be up in about 21-60 days, but could take as long as 90 days for some seeds.
