Description
Catmint forms a low growing mound topped by tall flower spikes. Individual plants are 12", 30cm tall, and can spread to 40 cm (15″) across. This perennial is very easy to grow from seed and if it is started early enough, it will flower in the first year of growth. Like its relative Catnip, Catmint will attract cats.

Germination: Obtain a sterile seed-start mix (available at most garden centers and hardware stores). Place the seeds just under the surface of the soil. Then cover the seeds with a very thin layer of vermiculite. Keep moist, and at room temperature. Germinates in 10-20 days.
