Description

This is one of the largest hardy herbaceous plants available! Plants produce large puckered and lobed leaves with spiky stems. This plant can be grown in regular soil, or near water where it will become enormous! Absolutely stunning, and an eye-catcher for any large garden.

Type: Perennial

Hardiness zones: 6-10

Location: Sun or part sun

Height: 2-3 Meters, 7-10 feet!

Availability: If these seeds are showing out of stock, we strongly recommend joining our wait list, as these seeds have a very shorty viability window, and this helps ensure you get the freshest seeds possible! If they are available, they will only be available for a short time.

Germination: Start these seeds right away for best germination rates. Sow the seeds just under surface of the soil, and water in. A warm period of +25 to +30°C (77 to 86°F) is needed for about 4–5 weeks, which neutralizes the germination inhibition. A heat mat is useful.  They will not grow yet. Then cover them, and place in a fridge for 8 weeks. Keep lightly moist and do not let the soil dry out. Once the cold period is complete, they should be placed in a cool room (15C, 59F) until growing, and large enough to be planted outdoors.
