These extremely elegant flowers are easy to grow, and bloom over many weeks from summer until frost! The flowers are held high above the foliage. The flower pollen is a favorite food of the endangered bumble bee - it is fun to watch them spin around the center of the flower, circling and collecting pollen on their back legs! This mix includes all colours from dark pink, light pink, salmon-pink, lilac and white.

Note: Anemone hupehensis seeds have naturally low germination of about 40%
Place the seeds just under the surface of the soil and water in. Temperature 20-22°C (68-72°F) for 4 weeks. There is a good chance that they will be growing at this point. If they have not germinated after 4 weeks then a cooling period is required. Cover them with plastic and place in a fridge for 6 weeks. Be sure they stay moist. After the cold stratification period they are then brought back to a cool room (15C, 59F) for them to germinate. Germination can be 30-60 days after the warming period, though some will take longer.
Ornamental use only. These seeds and/or plants are poisonous.
