Giant hog fennel or giant milk parsley is a dramatic, towering architectural plant prized in gardens for its massive height and bold structural presence. Grows 6-10' tall and about 2-3' wide, creating a striking vertical accent. Them stems are hollow and rich glaucous purple to ruby red. The foliage is lush, glossy, and red or pinkish flushed in spring.
