Germination: Start these seeds right away for best germination rates. Start indoors. Obtain a sterile seed-start mix. Sow the seeds just under surface of the soil, and water in. Keep lightly moist and do not let the soil dry out. A heat mat is beneficial to speed germination, or a very warm room, and out of direct sunlight until germination. Seeds germinate in 30-60 days. Once growing they should be placed at 20-22 °C, 68-72 °F until large enough to be planted outdoors.
