Extraordinarily different, these are the most vigorous, well-branched landscape begonia on the market! BIGs are 2 weeks earlier than competing varieties, with large (3", 8cm), showy flowers are held above the foliage for maximum show. Thrives in a wide range of climates and soils; can be planted in sun or shade

About pellets: Pelleting is a coating that is sometimes applied to small seeds, to help with handling and sowing. Once the seeds are sown and watered, the pelleting is designed to immediately disintegrate to release the seeds. We pack these pellets very carefully, however in the rare even that the pelleted coating becomes powder during shipping, please sow the contents of the package as the seeds are present.
A sterile seed-start mix is ideal for these small seeds. Surface sow as light aids germination. Water the seeds in. Keep continuously moist. A heat mat or warm room is beneficial as the ideal germination temperature is 20-25C, 68-77F. Place in an area with good air circulation (no cover). Seeds germinate in 15-32 days.
Ornamental use only. These seeds and/or plants are poisonous.
