One of the first Lisianthus to bloom! Tall, upright plants with double flowers, a high petal count, on strong stems. Exception vase life as a cut flower. Becoming the wedding flower of choice, and an essential for bouquets, corsages and other arrangements. Exceptional vase life.
Lisanthus are generally grown as annuals and can tolerate late-season frosts. They are hardy perennials in zones 8-10. Shorter stemmed varieties can be used as houseplants.

Pelleted seeds
Starting these seeds indoors in winter or spring. Surface sow as these seeds as they require 16 hours per day of bright light for germination. Water the seeds in. Use added lighting to be sure daylength is sufficient, until they are growing. Keep continuously moist. Temperature warm 22-26C, 70-75F. Seeds germinate within 20-35 days. If seeds are received in fall, store in the refrigerator until the soonest chance that they are able to be planted.
About Pellets: Pelleting is a coating that is sometimes applied to small seeds, to help with handling and sowing. Once the seeds are sown and watered, the pelleting is designed to immediately disintegrate to release the seeds.

I happened across Ferri Seeds website when I Googled a particular plant I’d been looking for. I was impressed by their selection of all types of seeds and their good product descriptions along with detailed germination instructions. I found the site and ordered on a Saturday.
