This listing is for 2 live plants, shipped bare root. The first two pictures are of the actual plants that are available. They have the first few sets of true leaves at this point. The last picture is a reference for how they flower once mature and the shape of the fruit they produce.
Sweet Calabash is a vigorous, tendril vine with very fragrant and large, red, blue and white flowers with a prominent fringe of red coronal filaments. Passiflora maliformis is a woody vine that will gently twine around supporting structures. In tropical climates, it will flower all year round. It's an exotic tropical that is sure to draw attention, and is ideal planted around a patio where onlookers can see it's magnificent flowers!
These are not hardy in Canada, so would need to be brought inside for the winter. Can be grown as a houseplant in a bright or sunny window.
