Welsh Poppy is a perennial herbaceous plant that is common in the Western European region , in places such as Great Britain , Ireland , France and the Iberian Peninsula . It has 5cm (2") yellow to orange flowers and is largely cultivated as a garden plant. The Welsh Poppy is easy to grow, and will reseed in good growing conditions.

Meconopsis should be planted right away when received, as the seeds have a short viability window. Sow the seeds on the surface of the soil, and water in. Do not bury the seeds as light aids germaintion. Temperature 5 to 15ºC (41 to 59ºF). Keep lightly moist. Meconopsis germinate quicker in a peat-based soilless compost. Germination is 6-8 weeks, though some may take longer.
Ornamental use only. These seeds and or plants are poisonous.

I was impressed by their selection of all types of seeds and their good product descriptions along with detailed germination instructions. I found the site and ordered on a Saturday.
