This is the 'spike' that is often used as decoration in annual in planters! It can also be kept over the winter to form a houseplant, or a small tree in warm climates!

The New Zealand Tie Palm (also known as Cabbage Palm) is a hardy, and long-lived palm, with a long trunk carrying a rosette of strap-shaped long leaves! Trees are fairly quick growing. Tree full-grown height is 3 meters.

Rare seeds and limited supply.

Seeds per pack: 5

Germination: Start these seeds right away to preserve viability, no matter the time of year. These seeds should be sown in a sandy compost, and cover very thinly with sand to help keep them moist. Keep at room temperature. Germination usually occurs within 4-8 weeks.
