An impressive summer pot item and also a very good landscape item. The well branched habit yields an increased number of flower spikes. Flowers are a deep violet in colour. Blooms first year from seed with an early start.

Germination: Your planting container should have holes in the bottom for excess water to drain. Place the seeds just under the surface of your growing medium, and flatten the surface. Place at room temperature, and keep moist until germination. Once seedlings emerge, place the pot in a sunny place, or under bright grow lights until they are large enough to be transplanted outdoors.
