About pellets: Pelleting is a coating that is sometimes applied to small seeds, to help with handling and sowing. Germination: A sterile seed-start mix is ideal for these tiny seeds. Sow the seeds on the surface of the soil, and water in. Do not bury the seeds as they require light to germinate. Keep lightly moist and do not let the soil dry out. A heat mat or warm room (25C, 79F) is beneficial until germination begins, and then they should be placed at 20-22 °C, 68-72 °F in an area with good air circulation (no cover). Seeds germinate within 15-30 days.
