CALENDULA, POT MARIGOLD Calendula officinalis
Native to Europe, this hardy plant was brought to North America by early settlers. Eye catching orange flowers. Can be tossed in a salad and cooked in an omelette to name a few culinary uses.
Though this plant may have been used historically for medical purposes, we do not, and cannot, suggest it for any use other than ornamental use.
Self-seeding.
