Foxglove have large tall spikes of flowers in spring and early summer. Pretty spotted flowers continue to develop up the stem as the season progresses. This plant is well-liked by pollinators, too. It is easy to grow, simply spread the seeds on the ground, lightly rake them in, and keep soil moist until germination. They can be started in the fall, or early spring during the cool weather. Germination: These seeds are easy to germinate! They can be planted directly outdoors. Simply rake the ground, sprinkle seeds, and water in. Do not bury the seeds, as they require light for germination. These seeds perform best if started during cool spring weather, or in late summer to early fall. To plant indoors, place the seeds on surface of your growing medium, and water. Keep moist until germination. Once seedlings emerge, place the pot in a sunny place, or under bright grow lights. New seedlings like slightly cool weather while they are very small.
