LILY TURF Liriope muscari

Liriope Muscari is a hardy clumping perennial down to zone 6 with blue, almost purple flowers.  This perennial does well in shady rock gardens and is great as a ground cover.  Naturally, it flowers between August and October, so it's a great way to get some late season colour in your gardens.

Germination:  After sowing these seeds, keep them in a warm area (up to 30 C) for 3 weeks, followed by 3 weeks in the fridge.  After the cold treatment, they should be ready for a regular room temperature of 21 C and germination should occur at that point.
