Purple winter savory, is a small shrub with an abundance of bright purple flowers and aromatic dark green leaves that turn purple in winter. Excellent for pot culture and also for stone walls. It is drought tolerant.

Germination: Tightly press the small seeds onto the surface of a sterile seed-start mix. Keep the seed in constant moisture (not wet) with temperatures of about 20°C (68°F). If germination does not occur after 3–4 weeks a cooling period of 2–4 weeks is recommended.
