This variety is grown for it's seeds which add a fresh, spicy flavour to soups and stews. It's the main ingredient in chili sauces, curries and exotic dishes.

Germination: Tightly press the small seeds onto the surface of a sterile seed-start mix. Keep the seed in constant moisture (not wet) with temperatures of about 20°C (68°F).
