Description

Dusty Miller is a popular annual plant for providing contrast, with it's lacy. silver foliage. Growth is quick and uniformly mounded, making it ideal both in the landscape, and is especially lovely in planters. This plants blends especially well with pinks, burgundy, and whites. Plants are often grown as annuals, though are fully hardy outdoors in zones 7-10.

Note: This plant species is known to have toxicity. Ingestion of these seeds or this plant can cause illness such as vomiting or diarrhea.

Germination: Place seeds on the surface of the growing mix and do not cover the seeds. Water with a spray bottle, or from the bottom tray as to not disturb the seeds. Be sure to keep them lightly moist until established. Seed germinate fairly quickly, in about 7-10 days.
