Lemon plants can be grown as houseplants, on the patio in summer, or outdoors year-round in frost-free areas. The flowers are extremely beautifully fragrant! The plants begin as shrubs, and produce fruit and flowers early, as young plants. They can be pruned to maintain a relatively small size, or allowed to grow to a larger shrub or small tree. These are not from a specific cultivar, rather a generic lemon.
