Non-pelleted, raw seeds without any coatings.
Start these seeds indoors in winter or spring. Surface sow as these seeds as they require 16 hours per day of bright light for germination. Water the seeds in. Use added lighting to be sure daylength is sufficient, until they are growing. Keep continuously moist. Temperature warm 22-26C, 70-75F. Seeds germinate within 20-35 days. If seeds are received in fall, store in the refrigerator until the soonest chance that they are able to be planted.
