Start these seeds indoors in late winter, spring, or early summer. Surface sow as light aids germination. Water the seeds in. Keep continuously moist. Temperature 20-22C, 68-72F. I was impressed by their selection of all types of seeds and their good product descriptions along with detailed germination instructions. I found the site and ordered on a Saturday.
