Description
A lush and popular fern, the Asparagus Fern is ideal planted in pots where it is able to trail and hang. Also great outdoors in the summer placed in planters. Plants are a lush bright green. Plants are not frost hardy, and are best grown as a houseplant, or outdoors in the warm season and brought indoors for the winter. Plants tolerate being cut-back as desired.
Note: Ornamental use only. These seeds and/or plants are poisonous.
Seeds per pack: 5 Large seeds
Germination: Start these seeds right away to preserve viability, no matter the time of year. Place seeds in the surface of a sterile seed-start mix, and lightly cover with vermiculite. Keep warm at 20-25C (70-78F). Keep moist until germination. Seeds germinate in 2-5 weeks.
