Sweet William is a reliable old-fashioned perennial with large heads of flowers on very strong stems that reach about 18" tall. These seeds are for a dark red flower! Leaves for a thick patch providing season-long interest. Excellent for the perennial garden, cottage or rock garden.

Note: This plant species is known to have toxicity. Ingestion of these seeds or this plant can cause illness such as vomiting or diarrhea.

Germination: This plant is easy to germinate. Lightly rake the ground where the seeds are to grow, and scatter seeds. Lightly pat the soil flat, water, and keep moist until established. These seeds can also be started indoors in a bright or sunny area.
