Spring blooming perennial with patterned heart-shaped foliage. Produces masses showy red/pink flowers. Works well planted in mass under shrubs and trees, rock gardens, woodlands or at the front of the perennial garden.

Seeds per packet: 5
Soak the seeds for 12-24 hours before planting. Sow just under the surface of the soil and water in. Place them in a cool and dark room or closet, as they require darkness to germinate. Temp (16-18C, 61-64F). Germination can begin in 6 weeks, and some seeds can take up to a year. Check regularly for germination and bring to light once signs of growth are visible.
Ornamental use only. These seeds and/or plants are poisonous.
