This hardy perennial shrub, native to North America, is a great addition to a perennial garden. Tolerating full sun to part shade, this plant grows quite tall and flowers abundantly. Starts flowering in June and keeps flowering till September. Prefers regular or dry soil.

After the stratification period they are then brought back to room temperature for them to germinate. Germination can be 30-60 days after the warming period, though some can take longer.
