This perennial is native to parts of Southern Europe, growing well in well-drained soils. It's a great plant for honey bees, making it a great addition to a pollinator garden. It needs full sun to perform well, but once established, is a low-maintenance plant. Drought tolerant. The foliage of the plant is blue-green in colour, making it a decorative looking plant even before it blooms from May to July.
