Here are answers to our most common questions.

CANADA: Shipping times are displayed on your order confirmation email, shown by number of business days (excluding weekends and holidays). The large majority of orders arrive on time, often early. If your order becomes more than a couple days late (very rare) we apologize, and please feel free to reach out, as we want to make sure your seeds arrive safely!

USA: Standard shipping to USA is approximately 7-25 business days from Canada (not including weekends or holidays). If you selected tracked shipping, tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is shipped, and becomes active once your order is through customs and in USPS hands. If you did not select tracking, unfortunately there are no updates between order processing and arrival. Shipping seeds to the USA has many hurdles, though we fully take care of them for you, we ask for patience as we navigate these processes. Your order may take the full 25 business days to arrive.

Yes! International shipping is available for many countries. If you do not see your country as an option at checkout, please contact us to inquire (sorry we are unable to ship to Africa, China, France, French Polynesia, India, Israel, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, South America, Taiwan).

Phytosanitary certificates are required for most countries (but not all) and are included in the cost of shipping. Please see our shipping page for additional information.

Super high quality seeds, it really makes a difference for germination success! I bought 25 seeds of Mexican fleabane and about 10 of them germinated in the first week after sowing. I was impressed by their selection of all types of seeds and their good product descriptions along with detailed germination instructions. I found the site and ordered on a Saturday.
