CANADA
We aim to process orders within a day or two, and keep this high level of service year-round. Shipping is flat rate starting at 8.95*. Various shipping options are available at checkout which includes courier shipping options. Smaller orders generally do not have tracking, and may take more time to arrive, please plan accordingly for time spent in transit. *Some very large seeds, palm and nuts may have additional shipping costs.

UNITED STATES
Standard shipping to the USA from Canada is flat rate, starting at 9.99 USD. Other shipping options are available at checkout, and include a tracked option (recommended). Large orders are automatically upgraded to tracked shipping for 14.99 USD. All orders are free of any additional costs, duties, tariffs or taxes. We process USA orders weekly. Standard shipping to USA is approximately 7-25 business days from Canada. If you selected tracked shipping, tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is shipped, and becomes active once your order is through customs and in USPS hands. If you did not select tracking, unfortunately there are no updates between order processing and arrival. Shipping seeds to the USA has many hurdles, though we fully take care of them for you, we ask for patience as we navigate these processes. Your order may take the full 25 business days to arrive.

NEW ZEALAND
Shipping to New Zealand may require a phytosanitary certificate depending on the species. The cost of the phytosanitary certificate is included in the shipping price when you order, however once we check the requirements, if a certificate is not required then we can refund half of the shipping cost. The NZ requirements by species are listed here https://piersearch.mpi.govt.nz/plants-biosecurity-index/. If all items say "basic" we can ship without a certificate. If it says anything else then we cannot ship them.  If a species is not on the list we cannot ship them. We cannot ship pelleted seeds (generally pelleted seeds are indicated on the product page), nor woody species.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES
International shipping is available for many countries. If you do not see your country as an option at checkout, please contact us to inquire (sorry we cannot ship to Africa, China, France, French Polynesia, India, Israel, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, South America, Taiwan). Phytosanitary certificates are required for most countries, and are included in the cost of shipping. Most customers simply place an order, and we take care of the processes and certification. We recommend avoiding woody species and pelleted seeds as these are highly regulated. Most other seeds are allowed in most countries, with few exceptions, though we cannot be fully sure until we apply for the phytosanitary certificate, which we do after the order is placed. If all or some of your seeds are allowed then a certificate will be issued and your order will be shipped. Once a certificate is issued it is non-refundable. In the event that none of your seed order is allowed in your country (extremely rare) a certificate will not be issued, and you will be fully refunded. If you would like to know if your seeds are allowed before you order, you can contact your local National Plant Protection Organization to see if they are allowed. Shipping rates are displayed at checkout which is accurate for almost all areas. If your area has shipping rates in excess of this we will contact you. Shipping times are displayed at checkout. Tracking will be provided. Note the shipping address and billing address must either be the same address, or at least be in the same country.

Super high quality seeds, it really makes a difference for germination success! I bought 25 seeds of Mexican fleabane and about 10 of them germinated in the first week after sowing.
