Masses of deep-blue flowers are produced for a VERY long time, well into the cool fall weather! Attractive large dark foliage. An added bonus, it is the first Salvia to bloom the first year from seed with an early start! Plants do well in sun, and also tolerate considerable shade. Drought tolerant. The plants also work well in large containers, making a huge visual impact! Excellent vigor. Flowers continue all Summer. Pollinators love Salvia Big Blue!
Attracts bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. Heat tolerant. Low maintenance.
