These seeds are for the red flowering Cornflower! Centaurea cyanus, commonly known as cornflower or bachelor's button, is an annual flowering plant native to Europe, and is now naturalised in many other parts of the world, including North America and parts of Australia. Cornflower is also grown for the cutflower industry in Canada for use by florists.
Cornflower is an annual plant growing to 40-90 cm tall, with grey-green branched stems. It flowers all summer. Cornflowers germinate quickly after planting.

Starting these seeds indoors in late winter, spring, or early summer. Place the seeds just under the surface of the soil and water in. Keep continuously moist. Temperature 20-22 C, 68-72 F. I was impressed by their selection of all types of seeds and their good product descriptions along with detailed germination instructions. I found the site and ordered on a Saturday. On Sunday I got a notice that my order had been shipped! The seeds were in my P.O. box on Friday. Such amazing service.
