This popular Russian heirloom tomato does well in cool climates! Dark colouration that is sweet, low acid and takes 80 days until harvest. Indeterminate. This rich, garnet colored tomato comes from Irkutsk, Siberia. Because of this heritage, it performs excellently well in northern, cold climates. In national taste tests for tomatoes, Black Prince tomatoes rated in the top ten.

Sow just under the surface of the soil and water in. Keep continuously moist. Temperature 20-22C, 68-72F. Germinates in 7-20 days.
Only the ripe tomato fruit is edible. All other parts are poisonous.

I happened across Ferri Seeds website when I Googled a particular plant I’d been looking for. I was impressed by their selection of all types of seeds and their good product descriptions along with detailed germination instructions. I found the site and ordered on a Saturday. On Sunday I got a notice that my order had been shipped! The seeds were in my P.O. box on Friday. Such amazing service.
