Pyrenean Stonecrop is a compact perennial alpine plant that thrives in rocky crevices and well-drained scree slopes. The plant features delicate pink to pale lilac flowers and narrow, grey-green foliage. The flowers are typically 2-3 cm in diameter and appear in early summer to autumn.
It's a great choice for rock gardens, troughs, or alpine beds with full sun to partial shade and well-drained, alkaline soil.

Sow just under the surface of the soil and water in. Temperature 20-22°C (68-72°F) for 8-12 weeks. Keep moist. They may be growing after this time. If they have not germinated then a cooling period is required. Cover them with plastic and place in a fridge for 3-4 weeks. Be sure they stay moist. After the cold stratification period they are then brought back to 20-22°C (68-72°F) for them to germinate. Germination can be 4-12 weeks after the warming period.
