California poppies are popular for their finely-cut fern-like foliage that stays fresh all season long, and of course, those vividly colored blooms that cover plants all season! The common colors for this poppy are orange, and sometimes yellow, but this new soft yellow color is rarely seen! An amazing uncommon twist on an old garden favorite! Plants like full sun, and are drought tolerant, and tolerant of poor soils. These plants are native to California, and also grows easily as an annual, even in cold zones.
